Casey "Cee" Byrd is a proud Appalachian with a passion for education and sustainability. Cee holds a BA with Distinction in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from UMASS at Boston and a AS in Natural Science from BCTC at Lexington and has over 8 years of professional teaching experience under their belt. Cee is co-founder of the Compost Carpool, Kentucky's first (and only) compost service located in Lexington, KY. When Cee’s boots aren't in the mud, they enjoy video gaming, reading, and cooking up Appalachian goodness from scratch.
