I am highly experienced in customer service throughout the College of Arts and Sciences. Key skills include coordinating shipping and receiving processes, staff collaboration, and creative problem solving. Along with daily shipments and package distributions, I have conserved resources by repairing equipment, such as legacy locks and security device and extending the lifespan and utility of legacy hardware and software. I also have used various programming and scripting languages. Interests and personal research also include language acquisition through my Spanish language studies and volunteering as an ESL teacher and bilingual GED instructor. I have found creative solutions to problems in various areas and, I seek to share what I have learned through networking and finding opportunities for more critical decision-making.
