Steps:
1.
Go to the start menu (the windows icon), scroll down and click on ‘Microsoft Teams’.
2.
Go to the new chat icon at the top of Microsoft Teams.
Type in the name of the person/people you want to chat with in the ‘To’ box, type them a message in the message box, and hit enter.
