Howard Hughes Medical Institute funds five-year project to promote student achievement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, in collaboration with BCTC

Their paper dealt with a Small Area Plan, an intense, in-depth study of a specific area within a city, of the Georgetown Triangle and the various implications that will result when BCTC opens its Newtown Pike campus in that area.
