Biography:

After completing my Master's I took up the position of Project Research Fellow at the CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, where I had previously pursued my Master's thesis work. Here I gained vast research experience in regeneration biology of zebrafish caudal fin and also brittle star arm. During this course I was invovled in various high throughput qualitative and quantitative proteomic as well as epigenetic studies.

Research

I am presently working in Dr. Ashley Seifert's lab and my main focus will be to look into the limb and skin regenerative abilities of the Mexican salamanders.
